1. What these terms cover

These terms cover this website and the iizu waitlist. The service is provided by the iizu team. The app is not publicly available, and separate app terms will be published before anyone can use it.

2. iizu is in development

Everything described on this site is being built, planned or considered. Nothing here is a commitment to ship a particular feature, in a particular form, at a particular time. The roadmap uses status labels instead of dates because there are no dates we can honestly promise.

3. What iizu is not

• Not a bank. iizu does not hold, move, lend or insure money, and holds no banking licence. No deposit insurance applies because there are no deposits.
• Not a broker or adviser. iizu is not a broker-dealer or an investment adviser and does not provide investment, tax, legal or accounting advice.
• Not a payment service. iizu cannot pay a bill, cancel a subscription or make a purchase on your behalf.

4. Educational content and the simulator

Financial content in iizu is educational. It describes how things generally work, is not a recommendation for your circumstances and is not a substitute for a qualified professional.

The planned Investing Lab is a simulator. It would use simulated money and positions. Simulated results do not indicate real results, and nothing shown in it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

5. Figures shown on this site

Every balance, transaction, merchant, subscription, portfolio and insight shown on this website is invented for demonstration. It does not belong to a real person, and no merchant, bank or brand shown is a partner of or supported by iizu.

6. The waitlist

• Joining costs nothing and does not create an app account.
• Asking to be considered for early testing is not an offer of a place, and we may be unable to give you one.
• There is no queue position, referral scheme or way to move up the list.
• Please use your own email address and a name we can call you by.
• You can ask us to remove your entry at any time.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or scrape this site at volume, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or submit signups that are not yours. We may block automated or abusive requests. If you find a security problem, tell us at iizu.app@gmail.com before sharing it publicly.

8. Our content

The iizu name, wordmark, companion and site design belong to the iizu team. You may link to a page, quote a reasonable extract with attribution and write about iizu. Do not present iizu as your own or suggest a partnership that does not exist.

9. Availability and warranties

This website is provided as available. We work to keep it accurate and running, but cannot promise that it will always be available, error-free or current as the product changes. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the iizu team is not responsible for indirect or unexpected loss caused by using, relying on or being unable to use this pre-launch website. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes

These terms will change as iizu becomes a real product. Material changes will be reflected in the revision date, and waitlist members will hear about changes that affect them.
